Wallpaper* – Premio

A bespoke typeface for the Wallpaper* Awards. Working with Studio Julia we took the often visual trope of trophy plaque engravings. Building letter in three dimensions or embossing and beveling. The typeface we created, called Premio is a nod to this tradition but with an economy of effects and a set of four cuts that allow for variable permutations.
